The Restaurant

International buffet with several themed nights a week (Italian, Asian, local …) and different live cooking stations. There is a special buffet for children.
Situated in the centre of the hotel next to the main pool area, where you can enjoy your meal on the terrace or in the heated interior. It seats 475 inside and seats 50 on the outside terrace.

Taverna Restaurant

Á la carte snack bar with terrace located on Avenida de la Playa, just a few steps from Flamingo beach with wonderful views of the beach and the island of Fuerteventura.
Throughout the day, our guests can taste an extensive menu of snacks and tapas made by our chefs with fresh products from the region, as well as an extensive wine list both local and some of the best red wines with D.O. Ribera del Duero or Rioja, as well as a wide selection of cocktails.
We also provide a children’s menu and gluten-free dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan.

The Grill & Green Restaurant – El Duque

Located just a few steps from Flamingo beach with fantastic views of the beach and the island of Fuerteventura, at The Grill & Green Restaurant – El Duque you can enjoy a careful selection of “gourmet” dishes and tapas with a choice between local and national products, served on both the terrace and indoors.
The restaurant has an extensive local wine list that includes some of the best red wines with D.O. Ribera del Duero or Rioja.
We provide Gluten-Free dishes, vegetarian and vegan, as well as dishes specially made for children.

Thea’s Coffee Shop

In our café-ice cream parlour, just a few metres from Flamingo beach, you can try a wide variety of ice creams, freshly made natural smoothies, our selection of Segafredo brand coffees and a wide assortment of cakes, pastries, crepes and waffles.

The Bar 

At The Bar you can enjoy our extensive program of shows and nightly entertainment. Menu includes a delightful variety of national and international spirits, cocktails and national wines.
