Nordotel S.A.U., a hotel chain founded in 1988, is mainly engaged in the operation of hotel establishments and apartment complexes, which are both owned and operated under lease contracts.
During the year ended 30 September 2021, Nordotel has been an integral part of TUI Hotels & Resorts, which in turn belongs to the TUI Group, a global leader in the tourism industry.
Subsequent to year-end, the transfer of all the shares of Nordotel, S.A.U. to Grupotel Dos, S.A., which is 50 % owned by Grupo TUI and 50 % by Hotel Amapola, S.L., was approved.
The company, based in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas), has a wide range of hotel concepts that cater to the different needs of users.

On 30.09.21 Nordotel proceeds with the transfer of the hotel business relating to TUI MAGIC LIFE Fuerteventura and TUI MAGIC LIFE Cala Pada, transferring assets and liabilities agreed in the purchase contract, as well as the industrial lease contract.
In addition, after the end of the financial year, on 20 December 2021, an early termination of the industrial lease contract for the TUI Blue Alcudia Pins Apartment Hotel is agreed.
The company is managed by the Board of Directors.
The management team is responsible for the company’s operations, following the guidelines set by the Board of Directors.
