The booking process through our web page implies the express acceptance by the  customer and/or end user of each and everyone of the general conditions that are expressed below and of the particular conditions to the contracted service.



a) In order to access the services offered in our web page www.nordotel.com it is essential to be of legal age (over 18 yearsold), to have the necessary legal capacity to contract and to accept the totality of the general conditions and the particular conditions specified herein, regarding the service offered in the web page.

b) The customer is aware and accepts that the access to this web page is of its exclusive responsibility.

c) The customer confirms the indicated dates, the number of equipment and other data incorporated in the booking form.

d) Nordotel, S.A.U. reserves the right to make the necessary changes within the established terms and conditions, at any time, as well as within the web page, listings of prices and supplies.

e) If one or several of the clauses included in the general or particular terms & that appear in our web page were declared total or partially null or ineffective, the nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect the particular clause or its part declared null or ineffective, while the rest of terms &conditions remain being considered valid and effective.


3.1. The conditions and price of the booking are established in the page the web page www.nordotel.com and is detailed specifically in the booking form.

3.2. The detail of the final amount to be paid for the contracted services will be listed in the following manner: price of the selected service, the indirect taxes and the total amount to pay.

3.3. Nordotel, S.A.U. reserves the right to modify the prices that appear in the web page www.nordotel.com. Nordotel, S.A.U. also reserves theright to correct any errors that may exist in the price information of the contracted service, previous notification, in this case, to the customer. The special offers and promotions will only be valid during the period of time and with the conditions indicated in the web page.

The customer will be able to make the payment in any of the following forms:

a) Payment with credit card

b) Payment in destiny: The customer will be able to pay in cash or by creditcard at the time of the check in. In this case, the customer will guarantee the booking, incorporating in the form the credit card details, authorizing Nordotel, S.A.U. from that moment to charge any penalty costs according to the conditions set out here with charges in case of no-show, charges for modification or cancellation of the booking.


5.1. Modification of booking any modification shall be subject to availability for the dates requested, which is why all changes must be requested in writing via email and will only be valid when they have been confirmed.

5.2. Booking cancellation: Cancellation of reservation may be made free of charge until 18:00 on the day preceding the entry, by written communication through the "book" box by entering the e-mail and pager reserve, except for certain deals in indicating that the user is not entitled to the refund of the service.

Passed the 18:00 on the day before the service, the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the credit card whose details were provided by the client in the initial form.

The invoice for the amount of the cancellation fee shall be sent to the address given by the customer to register.

5.3. Cost no show: In case of no show at the hotel the day of booking, we will proceed to charge your credit card the full amount of the first night and the reservation will be automatically canceled.

5.4. Termination for Force Majeure: If Nordotel, SAU announced the cancellation of the reservation by force majeure, defined as circumstances beyond the control of the party pleading abnormal and consequences of which would have been unavoidable despite having acted with due diligence, the booking made void, without the right to any claim or compensation by the user or customer.

5.5. Any charges to be made by Nordotel S.A.U. for any of these items will be held at the credit card mentioned on the reservation. The customer authorizes expressly the acceptance of these conditions, which Nordotel, SAU perform their functions in the designated credit card in the initial form.


6.1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: On arrival day the guests can occupy their rooms at 2 pm. On departure day guest can have the room until 12.00 (midday).

6.2. LATE CHECK-IN: If arrival is expected after 6 pm the guests must informe the hotel in advance. Otherwise, the reservation will automatically be canceled with the relevant cancellation fee.

6.3. In our hotels no pets are allowed.


Nordotel, S.A.U., is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the web page www.nordotel.com, its misuse by the customer oruser, by the interruptions, defects or errors of the network or the system or computer equipment, the access and/or non-authorized use of the data of the user and other information incorporated in the page.


Nordotel, S.A.U., will deal with its customers and users data in an automated form, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the same and their incorporation to the files of its responsibility enrolled in the Publication and document record department of the Agency of Protection of Data, in accordance with the arranged matters in Statutory law 15/1999, of 13 of December, Protection of Personal Law and Character data 34/2002, of 11 of July, Services of the Society of the Information?and Electronic Commerce and concordant legislation, informing to the customers and users who will be able to exert their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition going in writing a Nordotel, S.A.U., to the direction: C/ Viejos Tendereteros, s/n, Bahía Feliz, 35.100, San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, Spain.


The notifications, requests and other communications that may have to be made by the referring parts to the general conditions, will have to be made in writing addressing Nordotel, S.A.U., in the electronic mail or by ordinary mail in the following address: C/ Viejos Tendereteros, s/n, Bahía Feliz, 35.100, San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, Spain and directed to the customer in the electronic mail and/or the mailing address that it indicates in the booking form, being understood that properly the moment and date of their reception have been realised to all the effects.


The customer and/or user accept that the legislation applicable to the operation of this service she is the Spanish and is under the jurisdiction of the Courts of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, province of Las Palmas, Spain for the resolution of the divergences that derive from the present interpretation or set out application of the terms and conditions.
